• Account info - Email address and name from your login provider
• Application data - Your survey responses, including any photos you upload
• Camp participation - Records of events and camps you're involved with

How We Use It

• Processing camp applications and tickets
• Communicating about camps you've applied to or are organizing
• Generating anonymized statistics for camp planning

Who Sees It

• Camp organizers see application data for their camps
• Reviewers see applications they're assigned to review
• Site admins can access data for support purposes

We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data Storage

• Data is stored in Azure data centers in the European Union, encrypted at rest
• Authentication is handled by Azure AD B2C
• Deleted items are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion

Your Rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legitimate retention needs)
